The one main club fundraiser for the year is the Don Figge Charity Golf Tournament which helps fund scholarships for soccer players in financial need.  This year’s event is again at Meadowbrook Country Club on October 31, 2011.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month.  As a result, the Foundation will also donate a portion of the Golf tournament proceeds to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation to help in the fight against breast cancer.
