TSC Hurricane Elite Training Centers (ETC)

• Exposing players to technical standards and methods based on ECNL & US Soccer Development Academy (DA),  
• Educating players on our club playing philosophy and the expectation levels of the ECNL/DA, 
• Providing opportunities for DA/ECNL coaches to get in front of the younger age groups,
• Identifying high potential talent for ID2/ODP, US Soccer National Training Centers and future DA/ECNL selection.

• ETC will be by invitation only.  Potential players are identified by TSCH Directors, Coaches and Scouts. 
• Player pools of approx. 30-40 in each age group (exact numbers based on depth of player pool) will be formed by pure birth year.
• ETC players will receive advanced training sessions with and/or in front of USS Development Academy & ECNL Staff.
• ETC sessions are at no cost to the player.
• Players selected to the ETC are based on playing level, performance on their teams, attendance at their regular training sessions, recommendations from their TSCH coaches, or through events attended by TSCH scouts.  
• US Soccer National Staff/Scouts will be invited to ETC sessions. ETC players will also form the basis for recommendations to programs such as TSA, ID2,ODP, or US Soccer National Training Centers.
• Squads will be selected from player pools to attend special events or programming.
