The Futsal Academy Program was developed considering the following premisses:

• It was developed to complement the Futsal Training Program. Players that participate in both programs will benefit even more of what futsal can bring to their game.
• This program was developed to better prepare teams to participate in Futsal tournaments, leagues and games.
• The training will be focused on improving the teams. The contents will be more related to team tactics. While the Futsal Training Program will be focused on Techniques, team tactics and group tactics. The two programs complement each other.
• We will have up to 16 players per age group. Forming two teams of eight players each.
• The top team will participate on Champions Cup Series. The lower teams will participate at United States Youth Futsal tournaments.
• The age groups of the academy training are dual age groups (that means, every two years we will form an age group, like 2007/2008, 2009/2010 and so on). This is done to match up with the highest level league available in the country, the Champions Cup Series. The same dual age group is used in Futsal leading countries such as Brazil and Spain.

Who can participate?
Only TSC players can participate. Everyone MUST participate also on the Futsal Training program.

What do you get?
Year-round Futsal training (30 additional sessions per year) with some of the best Futsal coaches in the World.
Players who make one of the teams will get the Futsal Academy Program for FREE. That means, these extra sessions will have no extra cost.

How much does it cost?
$0 additional cost. Must participate on Futsal Training Program ($95 monthly).

Do you need to pay for uniform?
No. We will be using the TSC uniforms. Futsal shoes are required. Soccer cleats are not allowed on the court.

Will we play any games?
Yes. We expect to take every team to a minimum of 3 tournaments per year.

Will there be any extra cost?
Yes. There will be an extra $50 charge per player per tournament. This cost is to help us cover the tournament entry fee which is usually higher than that.
