How To Register Your Child For Our Junior Academy

 

  • If you have never registered a child with Tulsa SC using our new Club Software (We No Longer Use Got Soccer) then proceed to Step 1
  • If you have registered one of your children with Tulsa SC using our new Club Software, but this child is new to Tulsa SC, then proceed to Step 2 
  • If you have registered the child with Tulsa SC before using our new Club Software, then proceed to Step 3

Step 1 - Create A Parent Account

  • Click this link and create a parent account: Click Here

Step 2 - Add Your Child/Player To Your Parent Account:

  • Login to your TGS parent account - Click Here
  • On the left-hand navigation select My Children
  • You will then see Click Add Player. Select Add Player
  • Fill in the required information
    • Player First, Middle and Last name
    • Player Date of Birth
    • Player Gender
    • Player email (Required only if the player is 13 years or older)

Step 3 - Register Your Child

  • Login to your TGS parent account - Click Here
  • On the left-hand navigation select My Children
  • You will then Select Child
  • Click Registration                                                                                                                                  
  • Select team or group click next
  • Questions. Answer all questions click next
  • Forms/Agreement. Click the checkbox to agree to terms click next
  • Select Your Fee click next
  • Checkout. Check out and/or apply discount code if applicable click check out
  • Click the Credit Card Icon 
  • Click Add New Card
  • Fill out credit card information
  • Click Add Card
  • Agree to the payment terms

Step 4 - Notify The Club You Have Registered Your Child

  • Notify your Coach. Team Manager, or the Club Office that your child has registered with the Club.  If you do not know who to reach out to please email info@tulsasc.com and we will contact you to ensure you get in touch with the appropriate person within the club.  You can also call the office at (918) 550-5807.
