After a player commits to a team and completes registration with Tulsa Soccer Club, the player is considered registered to the Club. Each player is bound to the Club for the entire seasonal year for competitive teams and full year registrations, which runs from July 1 of one year through June 30th of the following year. Each family is obligated to the full financial commitment.

Tulsa SC will honor all club release requests during the soccer year, meaning if a player wants a release to play at another club, Tulsa SC will honor that request.  However, the entire financial obligations you have committed to or financed through Tulsa SC must still be paid in accordance to the registration and/or finance agreement that was signed.  Players receiving financial assistance will lose their financial assistance and therefore be responsible for the the full expenses associated with the year and any payments made will be applied to the overall outstanding balance.
